Wow! here's an old book mark. did this ever go anywhere? did it even get to the query letter stage? i doubt it. if there was even the whiff of interest, ALL the amateurs would have been winnowed out and the project put on a FOR PROFIT OF the ARTISTS basis. (never understood the purpose of the armature painters in the scheme of things.)
